We have four residential homes.

OUR CILA HOMES

Elm City owns 3 homes designated as Certified Independent Living Arrangements (CILA) houses which meet or exceed Illinois CILA requirements.  One home is 100% accessible by people in wheel chairs.  The other two homes are standard housing.  All houses meet federal, state, and local building codes.  Funding requires a developmental disability. All homes:

• Have 4 single-person bedrooms.
• Have laundry rooms with a washer and dryer.
• Are staffed when residents are present.
• Are in nice, well maintained residential neighborhoods.

OUR CONGREGATE GROUP HOME

This home is owned by Morgan County Housing Authority and we have operated it for over 40 years. Five people live here. Funding requires some level of mental impairment.

• Each resident has a single-person bedroom.
• The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
• The house is staffed when residents are present.

APARTMENTS / OWN HOMES

Our Support Services Team works with Individuals living in over 20 apartments throughout Jacksonville. Some are owned by Morgan County Housing Authority, Laborers Home Development, private apartments, and personal homes.
