All homes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 4 single-person bedrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Have laundry rooms with a washer and dryer.<\/li>\n<li>Are staffed when residents are present.<\/li>\n<li>Are in nice, well maintained residential neighborhoods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 align=\"left\">OUR CONGREGATE GROUP HOME<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">This home is owned by Morgan County Housing Authority and we have operated it for over 40 years. Five people live here. Funding requires some level of mental impairment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each resident has a single-person bedroom.<\/li>\n<li>The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.<\/li>\n<li>The house is staffed when residents are present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 align=\"left\">APARTMENTS \/ OWN HOMES<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">Our Support Services Team works with Individuals living in over 20 apartments throughout Jacksonville.
