Walnut St. since 1991, and has been a Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce member since the early 1970\u2019s. The Chamber works to promote issues and activities which meet the needs of its members and the surrounding communities.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iarf.org\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-402\" src=\"https:\/\/elmcity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IARFLogo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"95\" height=\"77\"><\/a>Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities&nbsp; is a statewide trade association with over 90 organizations providing services that help people be independent in Illinois.&nbsp; Elm City was a charter member in the early 1970&#8217;s and remains very active in association activities today.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jredc.org\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-454 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/elmcity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/jredc-300x82.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"82\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmcity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/jredc-300x82.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elmcity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/jredc.jpg 404w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>We have been members of JREDC since it started.
