Vice President – Elm City Center, Jacksonville, IL

The Vice President reports to the President and is responsible for management of the Center’s clinical operations programs and services. We provide services to adults with developmental disabilities, physical impairments, and behavioral health backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of state/Federal regulations rules to residential, employment/production, behavioral health, CARF, DOL, and DHS/DDD/DMH services is required.
  • Bachelor degree in human services with multi-year experience at a manager level required. Master’s degree and LPHA status preferred.
  • A working knowledge of program development, clinical care, funding, managed care, person centered care, organizational planning, inclusion, marketing, and HCBS criteria is essential.
  • Supervise clinical and program staff in daily activities moving toward increase community based involvement.
  • Coordinate care and develop strong relationships with people we serve, stakeholders, families, and reviewers.
  • Position can represents the Center with the community and state organizations.

Day Program – Direct Service Provider/DSP

provides training, instruction, follow-up assistance, and promotes the successful integration into the community.
Be able to lift up to 50#, stand, walk sit as needed, pass the TABE, pass a drug screen and background check, have a valid driver license

Examples of Duties/Responsibilities
1. Provides training and instruction in community living skills (cooking, grooming, Socialization, recreational, etc.).
2. Provides supportive and follow-up assistance needed for community integration.
3. Assists individuals in obtaining needed supportive services.
4. Implements and follows the rehabilitation programs of individuals.


Residential Program – Direct Service Provider/DSP
